| Building Practitioner Accredititation Requirement | ||

Accredititation as a Building Practitioner is now a requirement of the Building Act 2000. Both Geoff Lane and Dennis Cooper are accredited Building Practitioners in the category of Building Services Designer- Mechanical. Dennis is also accredited as a Building Services Designer - Hydraulic. |

| Masters Contracting Pty Ltd achieved accreditation in 2004 as a NATA endorsed laboratory for the testing of fume cupboards to AS2243.8. | ||
