| GREENSTAR PROJECT - 199 COLLINS ST, HOBART | ||

Masters Contracting Pty Ltd have been awarded the contract for the Mechanical Services installation at 199 Collins Street, Hobart. The developers of this project are aiming to secure a 4 star green rating and a 4.5 NABERS rating - a performance related rating based on the building operation impact on the environment. The design of the air conditioning system is underfloor displacement type using floor grilles to supply air to the space. This is one of the first Greenstar projects in Hobart and the first one we have been involved in. Company Directors Geoff and Dennis have both attended the Greenstar Accredited Professional Course recently and intend to sit an exam to receive the accreditation. |
