On the occasions where we need to use specialist sub contractors, they are drawn from our preferred sub contractor list.
Sub contractors are assessed on their ability to provide the same high level of commitment and service as our company. They are made aware of and are expected to comply with, the project conditions of contract and procedures as apply to our company.
