About Masters Contracting
TRAINING
Training for employees is encouraged by management to benefit the company and for the employees own benefit and self growth.
Training is available for every member of staff and consists of:
- 2 year TAFE courses
- product training
- half day seminars
Masters Contracting has had a long association with group training schemes, consistently using apprentice electricians and HVAC plumbers employed by those schemes.
Many of these apprentices are now employed by our company and are valuable tradesman with a range of skills due to the varied nature of our projects.
We also directly employ apprentices with many having achieved high distinctions and awards from the training colleges.
